K-LIFT Industrial Corporation is a proud member of the Kilton Motor Corporation Group of Companies. Kilton Motor Corporation, established in 1986, has steadily grown and built a strong reputation in the Philippine industrial industry. Over the years, the company has continuously expanded its operations by providing high-quality products and services in Power Generation, Construction and Mining Equipment, Warehouse and Material Handling Equipment, Commercial and Utility Trucks, Motorsports Event Organizing, and the distribution of motor racing equipment, golf cars, and related accessories.

In 2002, K-LIFT Industrial Corporation was established as Kilton’s dedicated material handling subsidiary and is a duly registered Philippine company. Today, K-LIFT is the exclusive dealer of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, MLIFT warehouse equipment, and genuine Mitsubishi forklift parts in the Philippines.

K-LIFT Achieves Mitsubishi Service Management Program (SMP) Silver Certification

Our principal, Mitsubishi Logisnext Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. (MLAP), has introduced the Service Management Program (SMP) across its Asia-Pacific dealer network to strengthen and enhance product support operations. This program is designed to ensure that dealerships continuously improve their service standards, operational efficiency, and customer support capabilities.

The SMP certification consists of three progressive levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, covering a total of 78 improvement areas focused on service quality, maintenance processes, operational systems, and performance monitoring. Each certification is valid for two years, during which the dealer must maintain its current standards while working toward the next level. Dealerships are given up to six years to achieve the highest Platinum certification, as the program requires significant internal improvements, system enhancements, and performance measurements.

In October 2019, K-LIFT Industrial Corporation successfully achieved the Silver Certification after meeting the requirements for 17 key improvement areas. This milestone was accomplished within just 10 months through dedicated teamwork, strict monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

The program was led by our Technical Advisor, Andrew Magracia, with strong support from all department heads and supervisors, demonstrating the company’s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

This achievement reflects K-LIFT’s dedication to delivering world-class after-sales support. With this milestone completed, the team now moves forward with its next objective: achieving the Gold Certification.
